Pacamara- Honduras, El Guaco ( Arturo Paz )

Roasters note: I was introduced to Angel at Itacayo via Christopher Feran. I happen to meet Angel at the SCA event in Tokyo September of 2025. He's an absolute gem of a person, he took me around to taste some of his coffee. We immediately decided to buy a small lot and kick off this partnership. I asked for his washed Gesha, , Pacamara and some Paraneima. This is our first purchase in Honduras from an award winning producer. It's been a first where we did not source samples, and then decided, but rather went with our gut feeling.
