Los Tanquez — HONDURUS cup of excellence #19

I am Jose Fernandez, a third-generation coffee producer. I inherited both the land and the passion for coffee from my dad. We worked together on the farm, where I learned how to care for, prune, and harvest specialty coffee. I view the Cup of Excellence (COE) as an opportunity to seek better income for my family, enhancing our quality of life and providing greater opportunities for my children's development. Simultaneously, I aim to demonstrate that my variety, my farm, and I as a producer rank among the best in Honduras.
