Bookkisa Washed - Ethiopia

This offering from Bookkisa is our first Ethiopian washed coffee of the year.

We've been enjoying the ripe grape and the subtle blueberry note. The welcome, perky acidity is quite notable amongst all the washed Ethiopian coffees we've tasted so far this year.

This coffee is minimally processed. After mechanical de-pulping, the coffee soaked for just 12 hours. After that short fermentation, it was dried on raised tables.
