This Colombia Pink Bourbon is produced by Tito Augusto Burbano Muñoz. It is handpicked, washed, then sun-dried for 18-24 days on airflow canopies. This specialty coffee has tropical, ripe fruits notes for a SCA score of 87,75.

The castillo comes from our partners in Ventola coffee and from farms in Huila

Tito Burbano bought the farm La Azucena from his neighbour over seven years ago. He and his wife got inspired by their neighbours and traditions in the region and started to enhance the soil and to plant coffee trees. Lately they decided to experiment and plant pink bourbon.
